RICS Condition Report
This product has been developed by the RICS to offer an interim report that is more than your Lender's mortgage valuation, but less than a RICS Home Buyer Report. It will not therefore offer the same detail, but such “snap-shot” of condition is therefore at a lower fee than the RICS Home Buyer Survey Report. Ultimately, arranging a proper survey of your home now is one that will pay dividends in the future. In our opinion, the RICS Condition Report will not provide the client with the full advice necessary upon which a decision to purchase should be made. David Rawlins Ltd therefore recommend a RICS Home Buyers Survey at minimum and are no longer prepared to offer the RICS Condition Report.
